We started Grab And Go because we kept running into the same problem — there were thousands of wellness apps, expensive programmes, and complicated systems, but almost nothing that was practical, beautiful, and actually affordable.
So we built it ourselves. Starting with a simple debt tracker, then an ADHD planner, then a mental health template pack — each product made because we needed it, and then realised so did thousands of other people.
Today, every product we create follows the same rule: if it's not something you'd use yourself, it doesn't go in the shop.
